College Degree
Four (4) years experience leading or supervising a team
At least 500 logged dives
Experience in planning and organizing dive trips or similar excursions
Dive experience in the Philippines (preferred)
Knowledge & Skills
Thorough understanding of diving operations and guest service
Dive shop management experience within Asia or the Philippines
Excellent communication skills, can speak Tagalog and other languages beneficial
Be sales focused and cost efficiency driven
Excellent guest care skills; ‘team player’ with excellent social skills
Computer literate
Other relevant skill sets such as equipment maintenance; marine biology; boat handling a plus
Excellent planning and organization skills
Work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
License and Certifications
SSI OWSI preferred
