Position: MANAGER

  • Working with client to gather business requirement finalization, setup workshop with the product team and development team.
  • Lead the cutover and hypercare management process and ensure a seamless delivery and execution
  • Identify, monitor and actively manage risk, issues, assumptions, dependencies and decisions
  • Coordinate with the various program and project teams (e.g. BU, IT, integration, data migration, reporting, go to market, business change, operations, etc)
  • Facilitate release readiness reviews with teams and stakeholders
  • Provide regular status updates pre, during, post the cutover and hyper care periods.

Qualifications/Requirements

10+ Years experience of Project management, Release Management & Test management in payment domain (GPP SP).

  • Project release planning, scheduling, cross-functional team coordination including development, testing, and operations then execution of software releases and updates.
  • Risk management, change management, Version Control management, Incident management, Environment management, Continuous Improvement, Stakeholder engagement & communication.
  • Skilled in ensuring project delivery within time, budget & quality parameters; executed projects related to High value, Immediate payments, Mass payments, Liquidity Management in the Banking domain.
  • Certified PMP practitioner.
  • Proficiency in setting-up of test environment, project Plans, supporting post-implementation activities.
  • Effective Communicator & Problem Solver with talent in guiding team members & enabling knowledge sharing amongst them; proactively interacted with project stakeholders like BAs, Users, Developers & Team Leads to maintain excellence in project operations.
