Position: Head of Department

Job Description: Leads the digital transformation strategy of the shipyard, driving the adoption of advanced technologies, automation, and data-driven processes to enhance operational efficiency, productivity and innovation across departments.    

Qualifications/Requirements

Minimum of 7 year’s of experience in digital transformation, with atleast 3 in shipbuilding
or heavy industry. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in engineering, Information Technology or Digital
systems.
