DEPARTMENT MANAGER

Position: IT MANAGER

• Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture with technologies including PHP, NodeJS, Laravel, Lumen, Drupal, NestJS, etc...
• Strong Experience in migrating monolithic applications to microservices.
• Strong Experience in any cloud platforms (AWS/ Azure/ GCP)
• Good level of knowledge of Business and IT operations (internal or external), Project Management, Resource Management for both business and IT projects.
• Strong experience in Agile methodologies and project delivery, critical path resource allocations, and others. Experience of successfully leading large, complex IT projects or as consulting/management roles - Optional knowledge or experience of Telecom operations
•  Able to guide the team in daily project management throughout different project life cycle.
• Requires leadership and negotiation skills and experience/in-depth knowledge of the programming, requirements analysis and processes.
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. With supervisory, organizational, and analytical skills. Good oral & written communication. Knowledge in project budget, technical management and understanding, analyzing information and problem solving, strategic planning and quality management.
• Must be able to work independently. Good problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Ability to establish strong collaborative working relationships with cross matrix stakeholders, at all levels, across the organization
