POSITION TITLE: MANDARIN BACKEND TEAM LEADER

*Lead and mentor a team of backend developers, providing technical guidance and code reviews.
*Plan, design, and develop high-performance backend services, APIs, and database systems.
*Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
*Ensure high code quality through best practices in development, testing, and documentation.
*Oversee sprint planning, task estimation, and resource allocation.
*Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend services and systems.

Qualifications/Requirements

*Strong project management and organizational skills.
*Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
*Proficient in Mandarin (speaking and writing); fluent in English.
*Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly across different teams and stakeholders.
