SPECIFIC JOB TITLE: HEAD OF STRATEGY AND LENDING

- Lead the strategy and propositions department, including lending products, for GoTyme Bank to achieve its strategic vision to be the leading bank in the Philippines

- Crafting and executing the bank’s overall strategic plan

- Designing and launching innovative banking products tailored to customer needs

- Developing and overseeing the bank’s lending strategy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, and balancing risk management with growth objectives

- Lead and mentor the strategy and propositions team, fostering a high-performance culture


Qualifications/Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Established retail / corporate / investment banking, management consulting, and strategy experience
- Visionary leadership
- Strategic and innovative thinking and agility
- Strong analytical skills and financial acumen
- In-depth industry knowledge
- Stakeholder engagement and management
- Execution excellence
- Ethical judgment and integrity
