Position Title: FACTORY DEPARTMENT HEAD

Job Description:

1. Ensures alignment of the engineering resources with Factory strategy and objectives

2. Ensures that the investment strategy stemming from business strategy provides a framework (CIF) for the management of capital investment within the Factory

3. Supports and ensures the implementation of Asset Maintenance and TPM-PM to deliver Asset Intensity to meet business requirements

4. Ensures that the electrical services, degree of automation and MES at factory site level are in line with the Business requirements and standards

Qualifications/Requirements

Job Qualification:

1. Minimum 5 years in a technical field, preferably food manufacturing or consumer goods industry (as Project Manager, Industrial Services, M&I or E&A/MES or equivalent positions).

2. Self management following defined KPIs / objectives, and proactively tracking them

3. Participation in the development of engineering projects >500kCHF, as part of a multidisciplinary team (preferably including different products and technologies, and both, the mechanical and E&A areas)
