• Proactively drive outstanding performance in Safety and Quality in Delivery Operations
• Responsible for driving a culture of Safety and Quality throughout the organization
Customers
• Establish and promote service-minded culture and outside-in thinking in Delivery Operations
• Capture and feed Voice of Customer throughout Delivery Operations
• Ensure customer-centricity in all projects by understanding and serving customer needs and proactive communication throughout the project (i.e., transparency, flexibility, and dependability)
Leadership and people development
• Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making at the executive level to develop and implement a strategy for Delivery Operations that align with the organization’s overall vision and its current and long-term business objectives
• Lead, evaluate, and develop the operations team(s) and professionals to achieve the established budget, safety, quality and customer satisfaction goals. Identify and address competence development needs for Delivery Operations managers, project managers, supervisors and support functions
Installation
• Drive efficient, safe, and high-quality installation operations in line with KONE methods
• Ensure quality of resourcing and manage Installation capacity and competences
Project management
• Ensure that KONE adds value to customers’ projects with seamless and reliable project delivery
• Drive proactive identification and execution of value-add services and change order opportunities
• Drive profitable, reliable and efficient project management practices in line with KONE methods
• Manage and develop required project management competences
Delivery Operations management
• Own KONE Way Delivery Operating model in the Unit
• Ensure solid cross-functional Sales & Operations Planning
• Drive high-quality order book management (scheduling and revenue/cost forecasting)
• Actively improve Sourcing & Logistics performance with respective functions
• Actively drive good co-operation, alignment and synchronization with relevant Supply Units
Business performance
• Set targets for Delivery Operations, follow business performance and give actionable feedback based on business metrics
• Constantly identify gaps and improvement opportunities in sales volume, CMII and costs, and drive actions to improve business line performance
• Establish operating budgets and monitor customer service, safety, quality and financial performance to optimize resources and priorities investments
• Ensure effective deployment and benefit realization of KONE Way and local initiatives
• Provide input and feedback about changes needed to KONE Way
Other
• May have the responsibility of Frontline Customer Solutions Engineering operations
• May have the responsibility of Frontline Quality & Environment operations
