Job Description

RESIDENT MANAGER

As the Resident Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all transition activities with the company's goal of complying with the requirements of the Marriot Autograph Collection, ensuring they are executed efficiently and cost-effectively in alignment with the required plans. You will provide strategic leadership and direction to drive the resort's profitability and growth, aligning with company goals, brand standards, and policies. In this role, you will support department managers to optimize operational efficiency and ensure each department meets profitability and performance standards. Additionally, you will foster a business environment that upholds the Farm's Mission, Vision, and  Pillars, ensuring a seamless and high-quality guest experience. 

Qualifications/Requirements

1. Management qualifications from a recognized hotel school. 

2. Minimum 10 years in a senior management role in a 5-star luxury resort/hotel

3. Experience in pre-opening and working with asset managers/owner representatives

4. Proven track record in customer satisfaction, profitability, and project management. 

5. Ability to manage large or multi-site operations with a culturally diverse workforce. 

6. Proficiency in business English (Spoken & Written) and Microsoft Office. 

7. European/Middle East/Asia Pacific experience and additional language proficiency. 

8. Skills in Leadership, People & Hospitality Management, Revenue Analysis/ P&L/ CAPEX, Crisis Management & Problem Solving, Adaptability & innovation are a plus

9.  Experience with international luxury brands or holistic wellness resorts.
