1. Management qualifications from a recognized hotel school.
2. Minimum 10 years in a senior management role in a 5-star luxury resort/hotel
3. Experience in pre-opening and working with asset managers/owner representatives
4. Proven track record in customer satisfaction, profitability, and project management.
5. Ability to manage large or multi-site operations with a culturally diverse workforce.
6. Proficiency in business English (Spoken & Written) and Microsoft Office.
7. European/Middle East/Asia Pacific experience and additional language proficiency.
8. Skills in Leadership, People & Hospitality Management, Revenue Analysis/ P&L/ CAPEX, Crisis Management & Problem Solving, Adaptability & innovation are a plus
9. Experience with international luxury brands or holistic wellness resorts.
