• Implements all kinds of managerial operations in accordance with the company’s Quality Management System to satisfy requirements of the customer.
• Assists and coordinates with the Management Representative on matters
relating to effective implementation of Quality Management System.
• Provides education and training to the personnel concerned in order to strengthen their concepts of quality.
• Submits quality report at periodical basis to the person at the higher level.
• Reviews and approves for recommendation of the top management on audit
plans.
• Organizes, coordinates, and monitors daily work of QC department personnel (including follow up corrective and preventive actions, analysis of customer’s complaints confirmation of improvement, instrument calibration, inspection on incoming material, process infection on finished products).
• Holds responsible for the verification of the results of implementation.
• Coordinates with concerned functions on prompt action when QC personnel provide information of products not meeting the requirements.
• Informs the top management and recommends on the need to stop the production process when deemed necessary especially when product requirements are not met.
• Job facilitation and implementation assigned by the department at the
higher level.
