FACTORY DEPARTMENT HEAD

  • Supervises the daily production operations, including tasks like task delegation and ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Overseeing team needs and ensures training is provided to build necessary skills and close any performance gaps.
  • Ensure that the utility needed for Production are properly fulfilled, managed, and used efficiently. Make sure that any utilities that come into contact with the product meet all required food safety standards.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • A graduate of any 4-year course.
  • With relevant work experience in a technical field, preferably food manufacturing or consumer goods industry (as Project Manager, Industrial Services, or equivalent positions).
  • Proficient in computer including competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint.
