Position title: Head of Collections Strategy & Analytics

Job Description:
  • Manage collection strategies in particular:
    - Create, stabilize and continuously improve collection processes
    - Manage the team to deliver defined targets
    - Introduction of new collection strategies
    - Organizing piloting of new strategies
    - Evaluating pilots, including CBA analysis
    - Taking lead in changes in collection workflow changes
  • Build and develop strong collection processes focused on result delivery
  • Collection reporting – continue in development and improvement of collection reporting for all levels

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualification (Education, Experience, Professional License, Skills Certification, Specialized Training):
  • University degree (preferred in Business)
  • Strong Collections Experience in area of strategies and processes management
  • Strong analytical and technical background/experience
  • Basic IT collection technologies understanding (Autodialing, Collection systems, switchboard)
