About the role
Acbel PolyTech (Phils.), Inc.' is seeking an experienced Industrial Dentist Team to join our healthcare operations in Calamba City, Laguna. This full-time role is essential in providing high-quality dental care and services to our employees, ensuring their overall wellbeing and productivity.

What you'll be doing
  • Conducting regular dental check-ups, cleanings, and treatments for our employees
  • Diagnosing and treating dental issues, including cavities, gum disease, and other oral health concerns
  • Providing preventative dental care and education to promote good oral hygiene
  • Maintaining detailed patient records and documentation
  • Collaborating with the HR and occupational health teams to coordinate and deliver effective dental services
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest dental practices and technologies
  • Ensuring the dental clinic and equipment are well-maintained and compliant with relevant regulations

Qualifications/Requirements

What we're looking for
  • Degree in Dentistry and a valid license to practice dentistry in the Philippines
  • Must have Occupational Health Certificate for Dentist
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar industrial or corporate dental setting
  • Excellent clinical skills and a strong focus on patient-centric care
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with employees
  • Ability to work collaboratively with HR and occupational health teams
  • Proficient in the use of dental equipment and technologies
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and staying up-to-date with industry trends
