Qualifications/Requirements

1. Resume
2. With own motorcycle and driver’s license (photocopy of OR/CR/Driver’s License shall be submitted)
3. Good moral character (character reference is required) and Police Clearance (not more than 3 months).
4. Tin no., SSS, Philhealth and Pag-Ibig number
5. PSA birth certificate and marriage certificate
6. 2x2 and 1x1 picture and 1 whole body
7. Referral letter from PESO Office
8. Medical with drug test (Done by Hi-Precision Diagnostic clinic)
