Job Description
The Rider is expected to provide delivery services in a performance-oriented environment, to take ownership in serving the businesses of our shippers through hassle-free parcel delivery to the consignees and to ensure that the delivery process is impactful and value-adding in meeting the needs of Ninja Van shippers
Main Duties
Collect from the station, transport and deliver parcels as directed by the company, whenever or wherever
Properly handle the parcels while in the course of delivery and be accountable of its condition and/or loss.
Collect cash from consignees with Cash On Delivery arrangements with the shippers
Successfully and completely inbound failed parcel deliveries and collected COD
Perform delivery attempts for all parcels assigned to one’s route and ensure that a valid attempt has been made as per company standards. This is considered critical to the service completion key performance indicator affecting the satisfaction of shippers.
Maintain professional communication with staffs and customers
Secondary Duties
Abide by the company’s delivery standards and report any untoward incidents that may lead to customer dissatisfaction

Other tasks, as may be assigned by the Station Head, Area Manager, Regional Manager and Head of Fleet
