* Coordinate with the Fleet Assistant the daily updates of deliveries to our customers.
* Coordinate with the Delivery section the schedule of truck's Corrective Repairs and Preventive Maintenance . Ensure the preventive maintenance is done properly and as scheduled and Standard Operating Procedure like daily check up of oil, fuel,tires,and engine,etc. were done and as instructed. Must see to it that his truck unit is in good order and running condition before using.
* Maintain cleanliness of his assigned vehicles, engine ,body, under chassis,etc. at all times. Guarantee that truck accessories are well taken care off, this includes but not limited to canvass sheets (lona), nylone rope (panali), (pangalso) spare tire, tools, load chain.
* Implement safety and precautionary measures in the manner of his job including his helper. No reckless driving, no wearing of slippers. Ensures that "No Riders Policy" is strictly followed.
* Report exactly all daily truck "Petty Cash" expenses and return unused "Petty Cash" as this is given based on trust by the company, and also by reporting any untoward incidents that affects or will affect his job and the company.
* Monitors truck mileage of the assigned vehicle
* Exercise punctuality and efficiency in the delivery of goods and mechandise
* Practice good customer service at all times.
