Finished Goods
Verifies and checks all FG transfers from production to FG area.
Ensures arrangement of FG according to description.
Ensures 5S housekeeping standards are maintained.
Performs all tasks in accordance to Standard Operating Procedures to ensure safety.
Performs other duties that may be assigned by the superior.
Delivery or pick-up
Receives delivery request one day prior to its scheduled delivery time. On pick-up items, verifies the pertinent documents (DR/GP) before releasing FG items.
Checks availability of items as requested and informs sales personnel any discrepancies if any.
Arranges shipment according to route/destination or truck/vehicle availability.
Forwards the checked delivery request form to Accounting Department for DR/Gate Pass preparation.
Checks items that are being loaded in the delivery trucks, ensuring the correctness of items being dispatched.
Performs all tasks in accordance to Standard Operating Procedures to ensure safety.
Performs other duties that may be assigned by the superior.
