  • Manage communication with all customers to ensure payments and evaluate all delinquent accounts and maintain accurate records for same
  • Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
  • Process payments.
  • Resolve billing and customer credit issues.
  • Update account status records and collection efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and local regulations for collection purposes.

    Qualifications/Requirements

    • High School/Senior High School/College Undergraduate educational background
    • With or without BPO/Call Center experience
    • With excellent English communication skills
    • Willing to work at Night Shift with 1 Saturday per month schedule.
