POSITION TITLE: MANDARIN DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR

*Monitor database performance and implement changes to improve speed and efficiency.
*Implement and maintain backup, recovery, and failover procedures.
*Ensure data security and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
*Collaborate with software developers and data teams on database design and optimization.
*Provide technical support and training to users as needed.
*Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking teams, vendors, or partners on database-related issues.

Qualifications/Requirements

*Strong understanding of data backup, recovery, and security techniques.
*Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
*Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
*Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
