  • Accurately and efficiently encode all data that needs organizing and recording
  • Confirm that entered data accurately aligns with the original documentation
  • Input, track, and maintain all encoded data and records
  • Perform any other office tasks that management requires assistance with (sending emails, answering phones, etc.)
  • Maintain report logs of in-progress and/or completed work

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Graduate of 4-year business-related
  • Has knowledge on sales, logistics, warehouse and SAP is a plus but fresh graduates can apply
  • Computer literate and can encode data with speed and accuracy
  • Highly attention to details
  • Willing to be assigned in Kalawaan, Pasig
