Job description:
A. Handle call-outs, follow-ups on compliance, installation, payment, etc.
B. Handle the endorsement for the agent in any compliance, activation, advance payment, etc.
C. Agent database management.
D. Sales monitoring: manage encoding, encode daily sales deals, and ensure that sales sheets are completed and kept up-to-date on a daily basis.
E. Transfer the daily application.
F. Validate and re-encode all return applications.
G. Manage the agent's inquiries and follow-ups.
H. Everyday end-of-day report signing.
I. Chat with Viber for support.
J. Perform other assigned tasks related to administrative and sales support.
