1. Preferably candidates with additional certifications or courses in computer science, data entry, or related fields.
2. Prior experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred, but not required. Familiarity with relevant software (SAP/Oracle) used for data entry may be beneficial.

- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors or inconsistencies in data.
- Familiarity with computer applications, such as spreadsheets or database management systems.
- Basic knowledge of data entry procedures and best practices.
- Proficiency in using standard office software, such as word processing or spreadsheet programs.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data security.
