  • Ensures encoding of approved Sales Order (SO) including stock-out
  • Facilitates timely encoding of approved good and bad Merchandise Return Slip (MRS)
  • Ensures that all sales transactions are encoded before export cut-off
  • Ensure integrity of WMS automat
  • Ensure timely release of inventory valuation sheet during cycle count
  • Ensure timely conversion of regular code to promo code

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Female
  • Bachelor's/ College Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of financial control systems & procedures
  • Good analysis and problem solving skills
  • Knowledge in MS office applications
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills.
  • Pays close attention to detail.
