Develop reports from source data, and data systems – reorganizing data in a readable format.

Analyze data gathered through different sources, collated through Microsoft Excel, using various formulas and functions.

Recommendation of process modifications to further improve the team and cluster team procedures

Qualifications/Requirements

  • IT Graduate, if not at least have 6months data analyst related experience
  • Customer service experience is a plus but not required
  • 40 WPM
  • Good communication and analytical skills
  • Must have advanced knowledge in MS Excel formulas and lookup tools
  • Can work on-site
