The Reports Analyst plays a key role in collecting, analyzing, and documenting reporting requirements to support operational visibility and strategic decision-making. This position is responsible for developing, maintaining, and distributing accurate and timely reports and dashboards across various performance areas—including, but not limited to, productivity, quality, attendance, and compliance metrics
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Generate and deliver standard and ad hoc operational reports to support ADEC management’s decision-making needs, ensuring timely and accurate results interpretation.
2. Assist in developing dynamic and insightful report views using Excel, Power BI, Smartsheet, or other reporting tools to enhance data visualization and improve stakeholder engagement.
3. Maintain and manage the central reports inventory and handle change requests in alignment with records management protocols and compliance standards.
4. Utilize workforce management tools and monitoring systems to execute intra-day adjustments that optimize resource utilization and help meet service level targets.
5. Conduct ongoing analysis of performance trends and initiate real-time re-forecasting activities to refine staffing plans and operational responsiveness.
6. Support daily, weekly, monthly, and annual volume forecasting for multi-site operations.
7. Help generate staffing schedules and models that align with business objectives and service level expectations.
8. Partner with internal teams and key stakeholders to provide tailored reports and in-depth analysis that address operational and strategic needs.
9. Promptly identify and report any security-related incidents or weaknesses to maintain data integrity and organizational safety.
10. Perform additional responsibilities as delegated, supporting the broader goals of the reporting and operations teams.
