  • Analyze complex datasets to derive actionable insights and recommendations for business stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain data models, algorithms, and statistical analyses to support business objectives and implement data visualization dashboards and reports to effectively communicate findings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  • Conduct thorough data validation and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and reliability of analysis results.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis and business intelligence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, data engineers, and software developers to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders from various departments to understand their business goals and challenges.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems, or related quantitative fields
  • Knowledgeable in the energy sector domain, attended AI/Machine Learning courses
  • Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, constrained optimization, sentiment analysis, graph community detection, etc.) and experience with applications
  • Experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SLQ, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience developing and/or deploying in environments (AWS, GCP) and containerization techniques (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS Elastic) is a plus
