Role: POS/CB Analyst (Thai)
The individual hired for the position of POS/Chargeback (CB) - POS Analyst will be responsible for researching, evaluating, and analyzing data. They will determine the necessary course of action to ensure optimal alignment of Point of Sale and Chargeback Claims for product, customer, price, and sales information. Additionally, they will handle POS issues and their resolution, acting as a direct liaison to field sales organizations and channel partners to ensure sales are conducted in a timely and accurate manner.

Main Responsibility
• Lead the onboarding process of channel partner POS data, ensuring all mandatory POS fields are provided.
• Analyze business needs, provide data, and make recommendations to support sales management, field sales representatives, manufacturer rep (sales agent) firms, marketing and other business functional teams.
• Collaborate with business and IT team to identify issues, define improvements, and facilitate process/system enhancements to maintain the highest level of accuracy and productivity.
• Take the lead in the channel partner POS data quality review process, ensuring compliance with tracing-to-purchase requirements, establishing best practices for monitoring, and reviewing channel partner POS data quality and compliance across business groups.
• Create reports to check the accuracy of product, customer, and chargeback agreement conditioning information.

POS data acquisition:
• Receive POS submissions from customers using bCom.
• Maintain routine communication with channel partners through email.
• Perform daily routine tasks related to data acquisition.

POS Pre-Conditioning - Wrong/Incomplete data checking (if applicable):
• Conduct checks for wrong or incomplete data.
• Extract data, clean it, and create upload-ready data.

Handling GSC created Child cases
• Communicate with BG and Channel partners regarding unknown matters.
• Identify the IDs of unknown products and unknown customers using various masters.

Correction of Xref (in VISTEX)
• Modify the contents of Xref in VISTEX according to the specified end-of-month requirements.
• Perform timely activities to ensure on-time submission and posting

Qualifications/Requirements

Job Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in business related area
• 1-2 years of equivalent work experience (Sales, Reporting, Finance, Customer)
• Ability to communicate in English and Thai at a high level (Listening, Reading is required while Speaking, Writing is preferred)
• Nice to have experience working with specific system (SAP, Python)
• Collaborative Team player
• Detailed oriented and enjoys working with operational processes
• Need to be capable and comfortable completing repetitive tasks in a time constrained manner.
• Accurate data cleansing Skill
• Comfortable working virtually
• Must be a quick learner and grab concepts quickly and be open to developing new skills.
• Competent with web browsers and MS-Office (Excel)
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude to the duties entrusted.
• Analytical and meticulous approach to the tasks entrusted.
• Ability to solve problems and communicate properly
• Excellent problem solving, reasoning and analytical skills
