• Collect, clean, and analyze data from a variety of sources, mainly using AWS Redshift to prepare data and PowerBI to visualize them to communicate insights
• Create documentation and do data validation, maintenance, and data extraction, among other data-related tasks
• Become the subject matter expert in any data-related queries for the assigned scope
• Collaborate with the data infrastructure team to be able to provide data needs of stakeholders
• Work with department leads, product managers, and engineers to develop and improve products and services
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in data science and analytics

Qualifications/Requirements

• 1-5 years of relevant work experience
• Fresh graduates can be considered so long as the candidate is a graduate of a Statistics / Mathematics / Data Analytics related course with strong potential to succeed
• Experience in fintech startups or other related industries
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.        
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel is required
• Strong mathematical skills to help collect, measure, organize and analyze data
• Effective communication skills – verbal, written and graphic – to be able to effectively present data and recommendations to relevant stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience/familiarity with AWS S3 and Redshift or similar data warehousing tools (Oracle SQL Developer, Google BigQuery) is a plus
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus
• Experience/familiarity with MarTech tools such as CleverTap, Adjust, and Talon.One or similar tools is a plus
