Cutting Manager is responsible for overseeing the cutting department, ensuring efficient and accurate cutting of fabric pieces according to production plans and quality standards. They manage the day-to-day operations, supervise staff, implement strategies to minimize waste and optimize productivity, and maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications/Requirements

With over 5 years’ work experience in export companies local and international. Typically needs a combination of technical expertise, management skills, and experience in fabric handling and cutting processes. As well as experience with fabric consumption, quality control, and production planning. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are also essential for overseeing a team and ensuring efficient production flow. Can speak and understand Mandarin and Cantonese dealing with business counterparts abroad.
