Customer Service Specialist-Published Title

Responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing service requests, and ensuring high-quality support for telecom products and solutions. This role works closely with technical teams to resolve issues and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and ticketing systems
• Log and track service issues in CRM systems
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical problems
• Maintain accurate case documentation and provide regular updates
• Support continuous improvement of customer service processes
