Job Description

JUNKET SERVICES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

• Takes responsibility for the daily operations of Junket Operations.
• To meet business revenue target and strategically drive incremental business volume from Junket Operations.
• Main up-to-date knowledge of the Junket industry news and service standards, especially in Clark and Metro Manila.
• Monitor the performance of all team members in Junket Services and Business Development, ensuring appropriate, adequate and prompt assistance is rendered to all Junket Partners
• Coordinate with the other internal departments to achieve customer satisfaction and therefore leading towards department's goals and objectives.

Qualifications/Requirements

• With three (3) years of experience in Casino Marketing for an Integrated Resort with focus in International Marketing and/or Junket Operations.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a second language (e.g. Mandarin or Korean);
• Good work ethics and integrity; Must be detailed-oriented, possess good time management skills and able to work under strict timelines and pressure.
• Like interacting with Junket Operators and Agents, with good problem-solving skills and able to resolve issues that may arise.
