Job Description

Linguage Inc. is currently looking for a Japanese Customer Service Manager to handle communication with our head office in Japan and oversee customer service operations, ensuring high quality support for Japanese- speaking clients. This role involves handling escalated issues and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem solving.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinates with the head offices located in Japan.
Attend to email correspondence with the Japanese customers and update company social media accounts.
Translates emails and communications between Japanese and non-Japanese staff providing interpretation during meetings.
Organizing and coordinating Japanese cultural events within the company.

Qualifications/Requirements

Must be a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Team Management and Development
Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese
Has solid business email correspondence in Japanese
Proficient in using Microsoft office applications such as word, excel and PowerPoint presentations
A strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
A related experience in the position with similar responsibilities is an advantage.
