Job Description

• Define customer support strategy by proposing the best practices in an omni-channel support
environment, including messaging, voice, email, and chat;
• Improve process by identifying opportunities to streamline support processes and enhance the
overall customer experience; and
• Manage metrics and reporting by proposing, setting, and monitoring key performance indicators
(KPIs) and generating reports to track team performance and identify areas for improvement. 

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor degree holder in Technology/Management of Information Systems, or equivalent;
    •High proficiency in spoken and written English;
    • Minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in Customer Sales Support roles, preferably in both
    B2B and B2C business throughout their career;
    • Must be digital native, or familiar with telecom operators and mobile network technologies; and
    • Data-drive, particularly when it comes to setting metrics, KPIs, and SLAs, basing
    recommendations on prior experience in the support industry.
