Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chinese Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team in providing exceptional service to our Chinese-speaking clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong understanding of Chinese culture.

Qualifications/Requirements

1. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
2. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
3. Strong knowledge of Chinese culture and customs, as well as customer service principles and practices
4.Experience working in a multicultural environment and knowledge of Chinese customs and traditions.
5.Experience in Supervisor or Managerial Position.
