Job Description

INTERNATIONAL PREMIUM SERVICES MANAGER

• Monitor the performance of International Premium Services team, ensuring high standard of work performance and service quality to all casino patrons.
• Work closely with Business Development team for the best service especially to the premium mass players.
• Coordinate and cooperate with other internal departments to achieve guest satisfaction, and therefore leading towards department’s goal and objectives



Qualifications/Requirements

• With at least three (3) years’ experience in Casino Marketing, preferably in an Integrated Resort.
• Knowledge in Philippines casino business is an advantage.
• With excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English and Korean, optionally with a third language (Mandarin).
