Job Description

IT Customer Support Analyst

Key Responsibilities

 Helping customers by configuring Acturis to meet their needs

 Advising customers on system functionality and resolving issues via email

 Testing configuration changes and the impact of new functionalities on tools and processes

 Working with SQL databases: reporting and creating dedicated solutions based on client requirements

 Learning and understanding the company's systems and processes

 Creating and maintaining internal and client facing documentation

Qualifications/Requirements

Required skills
 Proficiency in English at a minimum of B2 level
 Completed higher education (preferably in a STEM subject)
 Ability to work well in a team and independently
 Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 Ability to learn new skills quickly
 Ability to work under time pressure and meet deadlines

 MS Office (including VBA)
