Job Description

I. JOB TITLE – Customer Care Assistant

II. JOB SUMMARY
The Customer Care Representative are the client’s primary point of contact. Their main duties include managing service inquiries, generating lead sales by providing exceptional customer service ensuring potential clients become our loyal customers, identifying, and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction.

III. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Cater inquiries received through phone call, email, chat, in-person, and other social media platform.
2. Assess client's qualification and requirements based on the client’s inquired application or service.
3. Promote products, services, and other assistance available.
4. Engage with clients, handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely manner and make follow up to ensure resolution.
5. Hit the monthly team sales target.
6. Keep records of client interaction, case summary, resolution provided, requirements, and any file documents.
7. Other related tasks from immediate superior that is directly related to business operations.

Salary: Php17,000.00 - Php17,900.00 per month

Qualifications/Requirements

IV. QUALIFICATION
  • Graduate of any Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship courses or other equivalent.
  • Background with customer service or sales is a plus.
  • Typing Speed of 40 words-per-minute with 95% accuracy,
  • Good verbal and written communication skills,
  • Customer service oriented and keen to details.
  • Willing to undergo training
