Job Description

Acts as the liaison between the organization and its customers. Responsible for accurate assessment of customer concerns and resolves them through omnichannel, ensuring positive customer experience.

 Handle customer queries via CS platform
 Accurately identify concern and provide appropriate resolution

Qualifications/Requirements

Job Qualifications
 College Graduate of any degree
 At least six (6) months of directly related work experience
 Express or Logistics Industry background an advantage
 Excellent business communication skills
 High comprehension skills
 Logical thought process
 Creative problem solver
 Basic knowledge of computer usage and internet navigation
 Hybrid work setup; Muntinlupa City office with shuttle provided
