Job Description

The Customer Service Representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency both via email or by phonecall.




Qualifications/Requirements

  • Graduate of any college course
  • Computer proficient (MSWord/Excel)
  • Good communication skills
  • Willing to work in a shifting schedule
  • Location of work in Quezon Ave
  • Can join the company ASAP
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
