Job Description

Our Technical Support Representatives are vital members of our company. You will field customer inquiries and provide solutions that help create excellent customer experiences. Qualifications/Requirements

  1. At least a high school graduate (old curriculum) or senior high school graduate (new curriculum)
  2. Good to excellent English communication skills
  3. Basic web navigation skills
  4. With or without Call Center Experience
  5. A Filipino citizen or hold relevant residence status
  6. Valid NBI (6 months to 1 year from date of joining)
  7. Willing to start immediately
