Job Description

A Customer Service Representative is expected to:
  • Investigate Order Status inquiries
  • Perform manual order related tasks
  • Obtain order status updates and apply in GRS®
  • Monitor Customer Service Ticket platform to address regionally assigned tickets within KPIs and as per defined scripts, rules and supplied materials:
  • Process order cancellations
  • Backorder/Substitute notifications
  • Coordinate Returns and Replacements
  • Manage “buyer’s remorse” returns as per defined rules
  • Review & Action Failed orders
  • Confirm order details with Partners/members
  • Process refunds via P2M SILO
  • Redirect focus based on business needs to focus on OPC or CSR specific tasks
  • Perform back-office tasks related to Order inquiries not resolved by External Call Center

Qualifications/Requirements

What it takes to be part of our team:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in CSR
  • Open for FRESH GRADUATE
