Job Description

• Support relationship with managers in delivering efficient and quality to customers.
• Work well with people while employing excellent interpersonal communication skills are good fits for this role.
• Under general guidance and supervision of guest relation supervisor.
• Handle complaints from customers/agents and provide timely solutions.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• With 1 year experience on Customer Service Officer.
• Good Monitoring time management.
• Can relate well, speak & understand foreign language especially to Japanese national.
