Job Description

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via phone or email.
• Schedule appointments for plumbing services and maintain an organized calendar.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide information about plumbing services, pricing, and warranties.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with the plumbing team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and gather necessary information.
• Educate customers on basic plumbing maintenance and preventive measures.
• Assist with billing inquiries and processing payments.
• Monitor customer feedback and communicate insights to improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Uphold a positive and helpful demeanor while representing the plumbing business.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to manage a variety of tasks efficiently throughout the day.
• Willingness to work weekends as required by the job.
• Proficient in computer usage and comfortable navigating software systems
• Clear and coherent in both written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write in proper English.
• Resourcefulness in problem-solving and finding solutions for customers.
• Ability to seamlessly integrate with the existing team and adapt to the company culture.
