(1) SPANISH BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT

As the Company’s Spanish Bilingual Customer Support, you shall handle various Spanish accounts and be responsible for addressing the various concerns and queries of our customers. You shall ensure customer satisfaction in all transactions and communicate with the Company’s internal and external stakeholders.



Qualifications/Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications:
  • Graduate of a university degree;
  • Highly proficient in oral and written Spanish and English;
  • Proficient in MS Office applications;
  • Prior experience in handling Spanish accounts, and Spanish-related duties and responsibilities are preferred; and
  • Knowledge of Spanish labor laws.
