JOB SUMMARY
The Membership Ambassador is responsible in overseeing membership and promotion counter activities. He/She is also responsible in managing customer service and expectation in all related matters, especially pertaining to Membership; managing all inquiries from customers either Members or Non-Members; managing intensive promotion of Membership program to acquire new members; and providing adequate services to all Members of Newport World Resorts and affiliated partners.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible with ensuring that all front counter services and redemption matters are well-performed and well-executed to achieve efficiency of the services
- Develop and build a membership base in accordance with policies and procedures set by the Company, while ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service
- Handle customers/members at the Membership counter (walk-in visitors/members) and perform transactions such as signing up new members, account maintenance, general property questions, administering redemption, complimentary, and access benefits of the membership program to qualified members and other membership related system functions
- Provide good customer service and handle complaints and inquiries efficiently, courteously and professionally
- Ensure all accountabilities such as equipment, supplies, card movement and cash transactions are well accounted for
- Responsible with shift-end report, and covering all transactions during the covered shift
- Ensure all unfurnished transactions are well-endorsed and all endorsements are documented
- Handle basic clerical and administrative duties
- Perform all other related duties that may be assigned
