Job Descriptions:

  1. Assist clients to the timely turnover of unit(condo/town house)including the keys and other related documents
  2. Meet with the clients for document retrieval and signature
  3. Checking of the units before turnover
  4. Submit weekly report to present progress on all pending turnover
  5. Performs other related function from time to time

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Must be a Bachelor's degree graduate
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Has a strong sense of urgency and accountability
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office application
  • With good customer service skills
  • With pleasing personality
  • Willing to be under partner service provider
