Experienced CSR needed - Earn up to 31K - Inhouse Healthcare Acct | Quezon City
Role and Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and issues by identifying their needs, including questions about benefits, eligibility, and claims.
Guidance and Education: Educate customers on consumer-driven health care topics to help them manage their health and well-being. Assist in selecting the best benefit plan options and choosing quality care providers.
Intervention: Act on behalf of customers to assist with appointment scheduling or connect them with internal specialists when needed.
Resolution: Provide real-time resolutions or follow up comprehensively and promptly with members.

Qualifications/Requirements
Job Qualifications:
Preferably with 2-4 years BPO experience
Graduate of any course, with or without International BPO voice experience
College undergraduate with at least 6 months of International BPO voice experience
High school graduate with at least 24 months of International BPO voice experience
Good communication skills
Ability to multi-task
Willingness to report to UP Ayala Technohub, QC
Willingness to work on shifting schedules
