Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Chinese Speaking Customer Service Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service to our Chinese-speaking clients, respond to inquiries, resolve complaints, and promote our products and services. 

Qualifications/Requirements

1. Proficient in Mandarin Chinese and English is an advantage
2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a similar industry.
3. Strong knowledge of Chinese culture and customs.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex customer inquiries and issues.
6. Proficient in computer systems, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
