Job Description

Position: Customer Service Master Data Specialist

Job Description:

  • Responsible to carry out the day to day Customer Master Data maintenance
  • Ensure that the customer master data is meeting the quality standard set by Global/Regional Process owners
  • Accountable for all customer master data coordination with various departments and to provide customer master data on a timely manner


Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Chinese (native speaker is preferred) and in English
  • At least 5 years of work experience in customer service and related fields
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields
  • Highly organized and customer-oriented
  • Able to understand the customers’ and markets’ needs to create high value solutions
