1-2 years of proven customer service experience, preferably in a call centre or similar environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
